Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and assist with merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, maintain planogram integrity, communicate with the District FAST Supervisor, and complete tasks with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Attend to regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Implement store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework (Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask).
• Promote safety and adhere to company training and guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
