Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You will support merchandising, fixture assembly, and customer service, ensuring efficient operations and a positive shopping experience.

The role requires reliability, the ability to stand for long periods, and strong communication with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write/count.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and schedule adherence.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet using GURA framework.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
