Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will work primarily in-store to execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work varied shifts, and strong communication with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills required for daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read, write, and count.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Execute store price changes and signage updates.
• Install, update, and maintain internal signage and promotional materials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers proactively.
• Communicate progress and issues to the FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
