Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring for a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing planograms, signage, price changes, and related tasks. You’ll support merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and signage maintenance while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role emphasizes flexibility, dependable attendance, and collaboration with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations. It is a fast-paced, in-store position with safety responsibilities and potential for other

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment through safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
