Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in a store setting. You will own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise setup. You will maintain signage accuracy while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

You will interact with customers and teammates, perform quick problem solving, and support store operations to keep shelves stocked and displays fresh. This role emphasizes safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
