Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers, deliver legendary service, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service.
• Communicate progress and issues with supervisor.
