Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our store team. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while maintaining signage and supporting merchandising tasks. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and store resets accurately.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in stores.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and support store operations.
