BURGER KING is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to unify a fast-paced BK restaurant with organized, efficient, and profitable operations. You will lead a management team across shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, scheduling, training, and financial controls, with a focus on profitability and safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant management experience required (GM preferred).
• 3–5 years GM or management experience in a fast-food environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities highly desirable.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Oversee store operations, including sales management, inventory control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees; provide orientation and ongoing training.
• Manage scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and promotions.
• Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and marketing to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain bookkeeping and payroll records; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Lead by example in POS usage, returns, and customer service standards.
