Job summary

Burger King currently seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume BK restaurant with focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and safety. You will supervise the management team across shifts, drive sales, manage labor and inventory, and ensure compliance with policies.

The successful candidate brings 3–5 years GM or senior management in fast-food, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years prior GM or management experience in a fast-food restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees with ongoing training
• Manage scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours and promotions
• Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sales
• Maintain bookkeeping and payroll records in compliance with policies
• Implement inventory management to prevent stock shortages or overstocking
• Lead and motivate staff in customer service and POS handling
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and drive improvement
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and displays
