Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations for a single restaurant in a fast-paced environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee development, while overseeing the management team across shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, strong P&L understanding, and ability to work long or irregular hours to ensure restaurant success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of profitability and cost controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifts.
• Experience with scheduling and performance coaching.
• 18 years or older with legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead restaurant management team and oversee financial controls and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Coordinate with DM, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
