Qualifications

• Strong experience applying business acumen.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliant proposals in a DoD environment, plus commercial and competitive proposal requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end proposal process in accordance with estimating policy and FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical data collection, and shape comprehensive bid/price strategies.
• Develop financial models, cash-flow analyses, NPV/IRR studies, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessment, and recognition for the estimating team.
• Drive process improvements and enforce estimating and pricing policies and procedures.
