Qualifications

• Lead an expanding team of program finance analysts for the Rotary Wing Sensor mission area.
• Oversee the preparation of Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash monthly and quarterly forecasts and deliverables to FP&A.
• Support the Long Range Plan development and business cases for program areas.
• Establish and monitor program budgets, track costs, manage funding, and explain variances.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of analysts who perform finance activities, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop forward-looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, and USGAAP policies and controls.
• Provide SME for proposal support and negotiations.
