Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Proposal Analyst Stf to join the Proposal Development Team in Grand Prairie, TX. You will lead the estimating effort on complex proposals, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical elements are integrated and compliant.

You will coordinate data from functional teams, perform financial modeling (cash flow, NPV, IRR), mentor junior analysts, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Knowledge and experience of the proposal process, Risk Mitigation, Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain.
• Previous experience implementing change to improve processes.
• Familiar with Bill of Material (BOM).
• Previous experience managing multiple proposals/projects and meeting deadlines.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations.
• Ability to lead others and deliver results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and schedule proposals in compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
• Lead cost, schedule, and technical integration for proposal development.
• Perform financial modeling, including cash flow, NPV, and IRR analyses.
• Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and performance data from functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and mentor junior analysts.
