Responsibilities

• Develops, plans & schedules proposals in accordance with estimating policy, FAR & DFARS requirements.
• Shapes, develops & matures business case analyses & cost methods for bid/price strategy.
• Coordinates collection of cost, scheduling & performance data from functional departments; performs financial modeling and analyses; presents to leaders.
• Interacts with DCAA/other audit agencies and participates in should-cost & pricing reviews.
