Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Understanding of MFC financial processes including orders, sales, and EBIT forecasting.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience presenting to executive leadership (desired).

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk‑opportunity assessments.
• Consolidate financial results for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
• Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.
• Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and USGAAP policies and controls.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations.
