Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Guest Services Team member to facilitate ancillary programs and upsell products at venue points of sale. You will operate registers, assist guests, and support ticketing questions while helping ensure a positive, high-energy fan experience.

Shifts are typically in the evening for concerts and events; training and a welcoming team culture are emphasized. You may also assist with post-show cleanup and staff check-in tasks as part of a dynamic venue team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to maintain composure in a loud environment.
• Customer service friendly attitude and a desire to create a great environment.
• 1 year plus experience in customer service; preferably in live entertainment.
• 1 year plus experience in sales or retail.
• Position requires constant physical activity; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ancillary programs and upselling at assigned position.
• Partner with Ancillary Sales Coordinator and venue management to fulfill responsibilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to fans throughout the venue.
• Staff the general store to sell upgrades and other items; assist guests with concerns.
• Manage lost and found and support interdepartmental customer service.
• Oversee Staff Gate employee check-in area; keep it clean and organized.
• Assist in scanning tickets and answering ticketing questions as needed.
• Maintain a fun, friendly and safe environment; elevate concerns to management.
• Elevate issues to Ancillary Coordinator and other managers as needed.
• Assist with other employee or guest-facing initiatives and post-show cleanup.
