Job summary

The Ancillary Team Member role focuses on premium offerings, merchandise, upgrades, and other value‑add programs that enhance the fan journey from arrival to encore.

You will engage guests, promote add-ons, assist with merchandise areas, and help with setup, inventory, and end-of-night reconciliation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability on nights, including weekends.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Confident, solution-oriented, and energetic.
• Comfortable handling transactions and cash procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
• Promote ancillary programs and upgrades.
• Support merchandising or specialty sales areas as assigned.
• Assist with set-up, inventory tracking, and end-of-night reconciliation.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Collaborate with box office, guest services, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
