Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an entry-level or experienced on-site team member to support cash handling, ticketing and guest relations at our venues. You will manage checkout procedures, assist guests, and operate Will Call windows and sales software to ensure smooth transactions.

Strong customer service skills and familiarity with POS systems are essential, with preference given to those with ticketing experience.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering and customer service.
• High School Diploma required.
• Entry level knowledge of basic computer operation and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and checkout procedures.
• Maintain superior customer service in person and over the phone.
