Job summary

The State of Missouri is seeking Benefit Program Technicians for the Boone County Customer Service Center in Columbia, MO. You will assist Missouri citizens in obtaining food, medical, financial, and nutritional benefits, and determine initial and ongoing eligibility for these services.

You will interview clients in person and by phone, prepare summaries, and support a compassionate, customer-focused service approach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of customer service experience OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to interview clients in person and by telephone.
