Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain history and assess needs; build rapport with customers.
• Coordinate services; liaise with providers; assist with applications.
• Maintain ongoing contact to reassess goals.
• Network with agencies to arrange services for emergency needs.
• Assist clients in pursuing employment through training and job placement.
• Maintain program records and reports; data collection.
• Participate in supervision and case reviews.
• Perform outreach and promote program benefits.
• Prepare and process documents; review enrollment reports.
• Seek customer feedback and advocate for clients.
