You will collaborate with funeral directors and cemetery staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service, respond to inquiries promptly, and promote planning ahead to protect families and loved ones.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or sales preferred.
• Licenses: valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state.
• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Evenings and weekends availability; frequent driving may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads; dedicate 1-2 hours daily to prospecting.
• Obtain referrals from families; network with community contacts.
• Explain and present funeral and pre-need options to families.
• Maintain activity levels and track productivity.
• Build trusted relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff for seamless service.
• Educate families on the benefits of pre-planning; seek referrals.
• Follow up on all customer problems and requests.
