Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX seeks current Residents or Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care team. You’ll practice in a tech-enabled environment, build lasting patient relationships, and participate in structured onboarding and ongoing education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and perform occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Apply clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
