One Medical is seeking current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for our Dallas/Fort Worth offices. You will practice in a supportive, tech-enabled primary care environment delivering high-quality care and building lasting patient relationships.

This full-time role includes onboarding, weekly Clinical Rounds, and opportunities to supervise NP/PA colleagues, with a base salary range and comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in TX, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
