Job summary

One Medical in Chicago is seeking residents or fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Chicago-area offices as full-time primary care physicians. This role supports a patient panel and a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in a tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, a Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident or recent completion with next Board Exam.
• Illinois state medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via telehealth.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams during daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
