Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking current residents or fellows completing their training in 2026 or 2027 to join our full-time primary care team. You will practice in a tech-enabled, patient-centered environment, with a 12-week onboarding, mentorship, and a learning plan designed to advance your clinical skills as you deliver high-quality care across in-office and telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency.
• Board eligibility or completion within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next exam.
• Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, or tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and team huddles.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training for procedures as appropriate.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
