Job summary

One Medical in Boston is seeking residents or fellows finishing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our primary care team. You will provide high-quality, technology-enabled care in-office, testing centers, or via telehealth, while benefiting from a 12-week onboarding and ongoing development.

The role is full-time, requires Massachusetts licensure, and offers a base salary range of $252,000–$283,500 with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency.
• Board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics resident, or completed residency within the last year and scheduled for next available board exam.
• Massachusetts medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and preventive care needs.
• Provide in-office, testing center, or tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues and perform in-office procedures.
