Job summary

One Medical is seeking residency-trained clinicians to join our Chicago offices, delivering patient-centered primary care in a tech-enabled environment. You will manage a diverse patient panel and participate in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and mentored education programs.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work across in-office and testing center settings, with occasional tele-health visits, and supervise NP/PA colleagues. Illinois residency and board eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or completed residency and scheduled to take next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Illinois, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities for ongoing education.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
