ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You’ll guide them through the admissions process with empathy and support, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout.

You will perform daily administrative tasks, support inbound calls from prospective and current families, and collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to meet organizational goals.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.
• A deep commitment to show up everyday and be a leader at your center.
• High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
• Embod y our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates
