Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first connection for families starting ABA treatment. You will guide admissions with empathy, manage center admin tasks, and coordinate with leadership to support families from first call to onboarding.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork with the Operations Manager and Clinical Directors, and maintaining compliant records while promoting ABC services and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center (document management, scheduling, data entry).
• Be the first contact for families via calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Explain ABC services and how ABC supports the child and family.
• Coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.
• Maintain accurate, organized records for compliance and inter-department communication.
