Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy, manage scheduling, and coordinate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to ensure a smooth onboarding process for children starting therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC services and how ABC supports their child.
• Coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.
• Keep accurate records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
• Live ABC's Core Values and serve as a culture role model.
