Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first connection for families seeking ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy from the initial phone call to the child’s first day of therapy, in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.

You’ll manage admissions, document handling, scheduling, and data entry while representing ABC’s Caring, Excellence, Team, Learning, and Fun culture across the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, such as document management and scheduling.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate admissions with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.
• Keep accurate records to support compliance and clear communication.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical Directors, and marketing as needed.
