Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first connection for families starting ABA treatment. You will guide admissions with empathy, coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth start for the child.

The role emphasizes administrative excellence, data integrity, and strong communication as you support families from initial inquiry through their child’s first day of therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners.
• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
• Live ABC's Core Values of Caring, Excellence, Team, Learning, and Fun, and serve as a culture role model for your teammates.
