Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA treatment. You will guide them through admissions with empathy, from the initial call to their child’s first day of therapy, coordinating with the center’s Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
