Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Support Specialist to join a team that delivers top-tier assistance to Pearson educators, answers inquiries, and builds understanding of Pearson courseware. You will coach Faculty Support Associates, manage escalations, and help with high-service adoptions.

The role requires leadership, strong time management, communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams; some travel and after-hours during peak periods may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in faculty onboarding/support with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty onboarding and setup for Pearson courseware.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Engage with high-adoption accounts and assist at-risk adoptions with targeted support.
