Job summary

Pearson is seeking a dedicated Faculty Support Lead to bolster educator onboarding, answer inquiries, and guide courseware usage for Pearson Higher Education products. You will coach the Faculty Support Associates, handle complex escalations, and drive proactive engagement with top and at-risk adoptions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership, with a flexible schedule including peak periods. Some travel may be needed, and experience with Pearson tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage course builds and guidance for high-service accounts.
• Run instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely communication and strong time management during peak periods.
