Job summary

Pearson is seeking a dedicated Faculty Support Lead to join a team delivering top-tier support to educators, guiding associates, and handling complex escalations. You will proactively assist high-adoption and at-risk programs, manage course builds, and run instructor onboarding sessions.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with schedules including extended hours during peak periods and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in supporting faculty onboarding/set up with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex messages clearly.
• Curiosity, creative thinking, analytical skills; explore alternative solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational technology and ability to learn new tech.
• Willingness to learn new skills and share with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level faculty support, answer inquiries, and coach Pearson educators.
• Handle escalations requiring expert help and manage top adoptions.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and engage at-risk adoptions needing support.
• Assist with course builds and provide guidance for accounts demanding higher service.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
