Job summary

Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support Lead to empower educators, guide onboarding with Pearson courseware, and mentor support associates. You will escalate complex issues and ensure high-service account delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Hours align with EST business days, with occasional weekends during peak periods. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in educational technology help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Curiosity, creative thinking, analytical skills, and ability to explore alternative solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Faculty Support Associates; handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and support at-risk adoptions.
• Manage course builds and provide guidance for high-service accounts.
• Run instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate leadership through accountability and teamwork; adapt to peak volume periods.
