Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, English, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in higher education, faculty affairs, human resources, academic administration, or a related area.
• Experience interpreting policies and procedures.
• Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational management for faculty affairs processes across the faculty lifecycle.
• Serve as system administrator for Watermark Faculty Success and related systems.
• Coordinate the Academic Personnel Calendar and faculty review processes.
• Support faculty recruitment and search activities and engage in major faculty events.
• Assist with investigations, employer relations matters, and strategic initiatives.
