The University of Toledo is seeking a Program Manager in Academic College Enrollment to act as a primary liaison among Undergraduate Admissions, Central Enrollment, and college leadership to boost regional engagement, manage yield events, and guide prospective students with timely information.
The role emphasizes data-driven outreach, collaboration with recruiters, and promoting UToledo’s brand while aligning academic programs and co-curricular activities across enrollment management.
This role acts as a key liaison between Undergraduate Admissions, Central Enrollment, and one of the academic colleges to enhance engagement with regional high schools, CCP instructors, and prospective students. Through collaboration this involves planning and coordinating invitations for on-campus, online, and regional yield events, while leveraging data to provide timely, relevant information that supports prospective and admitted students in their decision-making. Additionally, the position collaborates with recruitment officers to address student needs and develop strategic outreach plans that expand the university’s presence, foster student engagement, and promote UToledo’s brand.
This role also leads efforts to share compelling student and faculty stories by partnering with Marketing and Communications and supports initiatives that encourage UToledo undergraduates to pursue graduate and professional degrees at the university. Moreover, it ensures alignment on academic programs, procedures, and co-curricular activities by working closely with enrollment management staff, academic advisors, associate/assistant deans, and other key offices.
