Job summary

Qualifications

• Building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch.
• 5+ years across operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or a comparable generalist operating role.
• Real depth in at least one of: procurement/purchasing, asset/IT lifecycle management, or logistics.
• Systems fluency across ticketing, warehouse, and ERP tools; ability to turn spreadsheet chaos into auditable processes.
• Strong structured problem-solving and the ability to align Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Finance without direct authority.
• Hands-on; willing to be involved, not just design from a desk.

Responsibilities

• Own execution end to end: take a defined hardware or software need and drive it through procurement, receipt, verification, and delivery with clear accountability.
• Make the dock-to-floor pipeline work: manage receiving, staging, verification, and deployment timing to avoid blocks.
• Own the back half of the lifecycle: refresh, RMA, warranty, vendor returns; ensure compliance with e-waste policies.
• Build the software-licensing function: inventory, cost-category model, enterprise-licensing transition, renewals, compliance.
