City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee all facets of a client’s facility services, build relationships with clients and vendors, and ensure contract compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, client-centric service, and accountability for results.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in facility management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of facility management or related experience.
• Strong client management track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth through outstanding service delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular assessments and quality control checks; address issues promptly.
• Utilize CRM to monitor client interactions and service effectiveness.
• Lead operational teams and ensure training and development initiatives are implemented.
