City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Facility Solutions Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee all facets of client facility services, build strong relationships, and tailor service strategies. You will lead operations and ensure contract adherence while driving satisfaction and growth.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in facility management, proven client-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of facility management or related experience.
• Proven client management and business development track record.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to travel to client locations; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth through outstanding service delivery.
• Build relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with service agreements.
• Conduct regular assessments and quality control checks, addressing issues promptly.
• Leverage City Wide's CRM to monitor client interactions and service effectiveness.
• Guide operational teams with training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and implement solutions.
• Track client satisfaction metrics and compile reports for management.
