Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee client accounts, nurture relationships, and ensure superior service delivery. The role focuses on retaining clients, driving growth, coordinating with service providers, and utilizing CRM tools to document interactions and schedules.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple accounts, communicate effectively, and work with internal teams to resolve concerns and improve efficiency, contributing to outstanding facility

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or facility management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service performance.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain service standards.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to expand our offerings and increase revenue.
• Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track service delivery, and manage schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and operations to resolve client concerns and streamline processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
