City Wide Facility Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to drive client engagement, retention, and referral initiatives. This role offers six-figure income potential with base salary plus bonus and OTE of $100k+.

You will lead field operations, manage contractors, and ensure service quality across client sites. The position requires 3+ years in client retention or service roles, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Proven success (3+ years) in client retention or service roles, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Confident, adaptable, forward-thinking; comfortable tackling new challenges and voicing ideas for improvement.
• Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Holds a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred); prior service industry experience valued.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel daily to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage contractor performance, compliance, and agreements; enforce service standards and replace contractors as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure execution of service strategies and client needs.
• Manage inspections, supply procurement, and CRM data entry; maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions with teams for consistent service quality.
• Assist with invoice collection, contractor payments, and maintain client schedules.
