Job summary

Reworld is seeking an Operations Manager for the Avon Lake, OH facility to supervise wastewater treatment, solid waste processing, and material shredding. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and emphasizes continuous improvement, cost control, and collaboration with local authorities. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 5+ years of leadership experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience supervising and leading high performing teams.
