You will work with sales to broker materials produced from the MPF and optimize financial performance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus or ten years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Previous experience brokering the sale of materials, water, and other goods is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Working knowledge of accounting, financial, and tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to safely operating the facility according to laws and approved policies and procedures.
• Promote EH&S culture and ensure compliance with policies and permits.
• Collaborate with sales to broker the oil produced from the MPF.
• Develop goals, conduct performance reviews, manage budgets and schedules.
