Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years refrigeration systems experience in cold chain distribution.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP compliance.
• Experience with CMMS and data analytics to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor maintenance, sanitation, and refrigeration teams.
• Oversee refrigeration systems to maintain temperature control for perishable products.
• Manage budgets, labor, and vendor contracts; coordinate capital projects.
• Develop staff, provide coaching, and maintain strong associate relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety regulations (PSM, ammonia safety).
