Job summary

US Foods in Omaha, NE is seeking a Manager, Fleet & Facility Operations to lead the safe, efficient operation of fleet maintenance, facility, domicile and hub functions. You will manage maintenance programs, refrigeration systems, vendor contracts, and budgets to ensure cold chain integrity and uninterrupted service.

You will develop a skilled team, optimize CMMS usage, drive safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, USDA), and partner with QA, Transportation and Operations to support

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years working with refrigeration systems within cold chain.
• Leadership experience managing maintenance teams and budgets.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/USDA/FDA/GMP regulations.
• Proficiency with CMMS and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration, and security staff.
• Oversee refrigeration systems and cold chain integrity.
• Manage facility operations activities and capital projects.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff; manage labor and schedules.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with certs and contracts.
• Coordinate with QA/sanitation for food safety compliance.
