Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience and strong leadership background.
• Proficiency with CMMS and data analytics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance, refrigeration, and facility operations ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee budget, schedules, and vendor contracts for multi-site operations.
• Collaborate with QA, Safety, and Operations to maintain cold chain integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability projects.
