Life Time in California is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, functioning facilities and exceptional member service. This full-time role requires flexibility to cover opposite schedules and provide managerial support when needed.

You will help supervise locker rooms and fitness spaces, respond to member feedback, assist with budgeting, and ensure OSHA compliance while coordinating staff schedules and training.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• AFO certification is required.
• CPO license within 3 months of hire.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
• Responds to member feedback with urgency and follow-up solutions.
• Assists in monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provides ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Supports safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Assists with recruiting and interviewing for Operations.
• Attends weekly department and all-club meetings.
• Coordinates and creates Operations staff schedules.
